Data protection

What we keep, and for how long.

The enquiry form

The form on the contact page collects a name, an email address and whatever you write in the message field. It reaches a partner by email and is kept in our project correspondence for as long as the enquiry is live, then for two years afterwards so that we can answer a follow-up about a site we already looked at. It is never used for a mailing list, because we do not run one.

Hosting and server logs

This site is hosted in Switzerland. The server keeps standard access logs — IP address, timestamp, requested page, browser string — for thirty days, for security and fault-finding, after which they are deleted. Those logs are not joined to anything else and are not used to build a profile.

Cookies and measurement

The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and embeds no third-party analytics. If that changes, this section changes with it and the date at the top of the page moves.

Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection, and under the GDPR where it applies to you, you may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to the address below and a partner will answer — not a ticketing system.

Photography and copyright

Drawings, plans and project data on this site remain the property of the practice and of the respective clients. Project photography is reproduced with the client’s permission. Text and images may not be reused without written consent, which is usually given for press — write and ask.
